Vacuum Nitrogen Milk Powder Can Seamer
This machine is suitable for the sealing of powder materials such as milk powder, protein powder and chicken powder. The production capacity of 5-7cans per minute is the preferred product of a certain scale food factory.
The whole system is mainly controlled by the electric and pneumatic. The whole process is controlled by PLC, a high degree of automation, the main working parameters according to the requirements of the customer can type can be easily set and change on the touch screen. The whole machine which contact with cans and caps are made of stainless steel material,and the appearance is simple and beautiful, reaching the quality standard of pharmaceutical GMP.
This machine can automatically extract vacuum and nitrogen, improve the quality of milk powder and protein powder, and prolong the shelf life of contents.
Machine Principle
The filled cans are sended by the can claw of the rotating cylinder to the sealing head, the falling caps device detect the cans and fall caps down and push it under the head.The cylinder support the vacuum cover to pin the head seal ring to form a seal space,and automatic vacuum and nitrogen filling,then the can support cylinder pin the can to pin the pressure head.Finally do the first and the second sealing, the sealed cans will be beated by the beating device and pass though the can convey device sent to the convey belt.
Machine Features
1. Vacuum, nitrogen filled: the vacuum cover is installed on the can support device, can connect the vacuum pump,vacuum the cans and add nitrogen.
2. High quality components: we use Siemens PLC, daida inverter, touch screen, Yad solenoid valve and Omron proximity switch.Can in-out, fall caps down,support cans all are installed with detection device. No can no cap,no cap no sealing.
3. Convenient Operation: main mechanical transmission, stable and reliable.The production speed can be adjusted on touch screen. The machine will automatically alarm when normal malfunctions happens, and will also give the corresponding reasons. According to the severity of the malfunctions, PLC will judge whether to stop the machine.
4. The machine has good appearance, stable operation and low noise.
