Can Oiling Machine

This machine is suitable for the juice beverage, tea beverage, protein beverage, canned and other beverage of cans(tinplate) as the outer packing material sealing and oiling to prevent rusting. The production capacity is 0-400cans per mintue, which is the first choice of a certain scale beverage factory and canned food factory.

Machine Principle

The cans will have some damages because of forcing during the sealing process, the sealed cans will be conveyed to the oiling machine, the synchronous belt beside the oiling machine has a certain speed difference,when the cans conveyed it can also move itself rotation. The synchronous belt corresponding the cans’sealing position is equiped with the food paraffin oil felt piece, during autorotation  wipe the edage and auto-oil until convey out the oiling machine position, the oiled cans can prevent rusting.
