How Labeling Works
Thecontainers are separated by star wheels After a certain distance, the star wheel transfers the container to the turntable. After the container is fixed by the bottle pressing mechanism and the mold base of the container, the container starts to rotate at a certain speed; during the product rotation process, it is mechanically pre-positioned; and Positioning and labeling according to the trajectory of the organization When the container reaches the detection position of the electric eye, the computer host controls the label feeding system to send the label. When a label feeding action is completed, the high-speed cutter cuts off a label. The cut labels are fed into the gluing system; in this part, the system glues the two parts of the label's leading and trailing edges. This gluing method minimizes the consumption of hot melt adhesive. The glued label is accurately and efficiently applied to the container when it is transferred to the labeling position. Since the container is in a rotating state during the conveying process of the label, the label can be smoothly and tightly adhered to the container. |
